Privacy Policy

When you buy a ticket we collect your name, email address, and phone number, and the details of your order. When you list an event we collect your organiser and payout details. Card payments are processed by Paystack — we do not store full card numbers. Event posters you upload have their location and camera metadata removed before publishing.

We use your data to process orders, issue tickets, admit you at the event, support payouts to organisers, send order and event emails, and prevent fraud. We use it only to run your deployment of the service.

We share only what is needed with the service providers that make Eventrivo work — for example Paystack for payments and payouts, and our email provider for ticket and notification emails. We do not sell your data, and we do not publish buyer data unless an organiser chooses to publish their own event results.

We keep order and ticket records for as long as needed to run events, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to access or delete your personal data, subject to records we must retain by law.
